Who we work with

A B2B platform for stores that sell wedding dresses

Wedding Roof is wholesale only. We work with three kinds of business across the US & Canada — and we do not sell to brides at retail.

01

Bridal Boutiques

Stock designer gowns your local competitors can't get. Differentiate your floor, win brides looking for something not on every rack, and lock a brand to your city.

See exclusivity
02

Showrooms

Curate a distinctive line-up from five brands in one account. Order like an online store, restock fast, and present gowns that hold their value below US retail.

IIChapter II — The Wedding Roof Advantage
Why Wedding Roof

Four reasons your store wins with us

Brands Rare in the US

Five European-designed labels that aren't on every rack. Give brides something special — and stop competing on the same gowns as the store across town.

New designers added regularly
Not mass-represented in your country

Below US Retail

Wholesale priced well under comparable US designer retail, so your margin stays healthy on gowns brides can't price-check elsewhere. Figures shown in your account.

No public prices — wholesale only
Margins that beat your current brands

Priority Production

Stop losing brides to long production times. Plain gowns in about 2 weeks, any model in up to 1 month for exclusive partners — with no rush surcharge.

Plain gowns ≈ 2 weeks
Any model ≤ 1 month

City-Level Exclusivity

Lock a brand to your store in your city. Competitors in your market can't carry the same label — turn a brand into a real advantage you own.

Population-based fair limits
Block nearby cities by agreement
IIIChapter III — The Brands
The brands we carry

Five designer labels, rare in the US

Hand-picked European-designed bridal brands, ready to cooperate with North American stores — all in one wholesale account. We keep adding new little-known designers.

IVChapter IV — Craft & Origin
Production & Craft

Handcrafted in Armenia, finished for North America

All Wedding Roof brands are produced in Armenia by experienced pattern makers, seamstresses, and embellishment specialists — with full quality control before every shipment.

Quality fabrics

Lace, mikado, duchess satin, crepe, tulle and jacquard — selected per style for drape, photo finish, and durability on the floor.

Hand-cut, hand-finished

Each gown is cut by a skilled pattern maker. Beading and embroidery applied by hand. Designer oversight on fit and finish.

Quality control

Cutting check, mid-production fit check, and a final QC pass on every gown before it ships to your store.

One point of contact

All five brands ship through Wedding Roof — one account, one order, one invoice. No chasing separate manufacturers.

Production Armenia

All brands produced in one country, under consistent quality standards.

Speed From 2 weeks

Priority production for exclusive partners — plain gowns in about two weeks.

Sizing US 2–22

Up to size 14 from stock; larger made to order. Colors: milk, ivory, nude.

VIChapter VI — The Commerce
Why it works for your store

The commercial case is simple

We don't post prices in public — that's by design. Brides shouldn't shop your wholesale. Inside your account you'll see exactly how far below US retail these brands sit. Here's what that means for the business.

Four ways Wedding Roof grows your numbers

The problem today With Wedding Roof
Same brands as every store nearby — you compete on price. New brands, rare in the US — brides can't price-check them elsewhere.
Brides want a "Berta-look" gown on a Mori Lee budget. Designer look, below retail — convert that bride instead of losing her.
Long production times push brides to buy elsewhere. Fast production — standard partners get standard timelines; exclusive partners get priority production from 2 weeks.
Nothing sets your store apart. City-level exclusivity — own a brand competitors can't touch.
The margin logic

Because these brands aren't mass-represented in your country, brides can't comparison-shop them. That protects your retail price — so the gap between our wholesale and your shelf price stays wide, and the margin stays yours. Exact figures appear the moment your store is verified.

Differentiation you own

Stop selling price-checkable gowns. Carry labels the store across town simply can't get.

Healthy margin, protected

Below US retail with no public price to undercut you. Your shelf price holds.

Faster cash turn

Priority production means gowns reach brides — and revenue reaches you — sooner.

One account, five brands

Order like an online store, pay how you like, restock fast — no separate suppliers.

VIIChapter VII — The Problem
Why we exist

Wedding stores lose brides for four predictable reasons.

Our mission is to help you attract brides to your store with new brands that aren't massively represented in your country. Because every bride wants a special dress — not the same one as everyone else.

01

Same assortment as everyone

Stores lose customers because they carry the same brands as the shop down the road. → We give you new brands brides haven't seen.

02

The "Berta on a budget" bride

You waste time on brides who want a Berta-type gown at a Mori Lee price. → Convert her with designer looks below retail.

03

Nothing sets you apart

It's hard to separate yourself from competitors. → Get an advantage even if you don't have one today, with exclusivity.

04

Long production times

You lose brides to slow delivery. → Increase sales with fast production — and priority production from 2 weeks as an exclusive-partner bonus.

That's why we created Wedding Roof

Access convenient catalogs of little-known brands ready to cooperate — all in one place.

Register in the Wholesale section, choose dresses from any brand like an online store, and pay in the way that's convenient for you. We keep finding new, talented designers for your store.

VIIIChapter VIII — Exclusivity
City-level exclusivity

Lock a brand to your store, in your city.

Turn a brand into an advantage competitors can't copy. Exclusivity limits are tied fairly to your city's population — so a brand stays yours in your market.

Exclusivity is optional

You don't have to commit to exclusivity to work with us. Start with a first order and reorder as you grow — your city stays open, and standard partners get standard production timelines. Lock a brand only when you want the priority-production bonus and to keep competitors out of your market.

How the monthly limit is set

For every 100,000 residents in your city, the minimum monthly purchase per brand is:

BrandPer 100,000 residents
Romanova Atelier1 gown
Sonesta1 gown
Sonya Soley1 gown
Martha1 gown
Patricia Couture0.5 gown

Only full gowns count toward the limit — accessories and separate pieces (corsets, skirts, trousers, jackets) are excluded. Full sets of nomenclature may be counted.

Off-season flexibility

From September to February you may reduce purchases up to 20% per brand. Overpayment made in season is credited to later months.

Block nearby cities

Want to keep a brand out of neighboring towns? Cover the population of your city plus the blocked region with your turnover.

How to secure it

Order three months ahead, or place a deposit covering the brand limit for future orders. If other stores already carry the brand locally, the limit rises 10% per store.

First in line

Exclusive partners get new collections before anyone else — present fresh gowns first in your market.

Flexible payment

By agreement, pay 100% before shipping with no upfront prepayment — keep your cash working longer.

Priority production

No rush surcharge: any model in up to 1 month, plain gowns without lace or decor in just 2 weeks.
